“Notes for strangers” are little notes in words and images that we create and leave in public places everywhere we go. This project was born out of a wish for more surprises in public spaces, as a search for more meaningful communication between people of all background (something other than a flood of commercial messages and inadequate lies about how this or that shampoo will make us happy).

“Notes for strangers” is also a workshop. In a world that is consumed by fear of the Other, this workshop aims to invite people from different socio-cultural backgrounds to come together, to meet, move together, draw together, play together, and to create little notes for strangers of the neighbourhood by simply sharing on paper a little bit of themselves.
